We are not a claims management company but specialist solicitors.
Mr Hallam-Peel operates as a sole practitioner and is a senior litigator with the Association of Personal
Injury Lawyers and a member of the Law Society's Personal Injury Panel.
Established in 1989, we have since secured millions of pounds

claims. A medical negligence case recently concluded just before trial
recovered compensation of £6.5 million.
We have had a number
of notable successes at trial, including a high court decision which may
be considered to set legal precedent in relation to manhole covers.
